Pink House #1 has three rental options

Option #1: Rent out the master only. This option includes free breakfast each morning at Bahia Del Sol next door. You do not have access to the bottom level rooms or kitchen with this option
Option #2: Rent out the bottom only. This option includes both bottom bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen. No breakfast
Option #3: Rent out the entire home.

Pink House #2

This home is very charming and has a more finished interior then Pink House #1. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living room, tropical yard and a spacious deck over the ocean. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 double beds and the third bedroom is smaller with just a single bed. This is truly one of the nicest vacation rental properties you can find in the area. This home can only be rented out in its entirety.
